Court Proceedings

Creditor Negotiation Package

Repayment Plan Structuring

  • £500 to £1,250 + VAT

May include financial statement review, affordability assessment, proposed repayment structure, and supporting communication with creditors.

CCJ Advice and Action

  • Basic advice on claim or response: £250 to £600 + VAT

  • Application to vary judgment: £350 to £850 + VAT

  • Application to set aside judgment: £750 to £1,750 + VAT

  • Defence of debt claim: from £1,000 + VAT

Enforcement Defence / Urgent Debt Action
